How it works...

DISCOVERY & CREATIVE DIRECTION
We begin by learning about your event, audience, and aesthetic. Together, we curate items, refine embroidery designs, and align every detail with your brand or celebration. Sourcing and sample development are available as needed.

DESIGN CURATION & PREPARATION
Personalization options are thoughtfully developed and finalized in advance. Guests are presented with a curated selection of monograms, names, or motifs, and when appropriate, items can be pre-branded ahead of the event.

ON-SITE EMBROIDERY EXPERIENCE
STITCHED brings The Embroidery Bar directly to your event. Equipment and staffing are carefully scaled based on guest count, event timing, and customization scope to ensure a seamless, elevated guest experience.
4.
INVESTMENT & EVENT SUPPORT
On-site embroidery services typically begin at $250–$275 per hour, depending on event type, with a 2-hour minimum. The hourly service covers The Embroidery Bar and staff; items and gifts are priced separately. Final investment is tailored to your event scope and support needs.
